Machine Learning

BusinessLog integrates Machine Learning that “learns” from the logs as they are recorded and can determine the user who accessed the system, establishing whether the access is “expected” or “unexpected.”

In particular, this report can be found in the Working Log or in the Access Logs:

The ML column displays the Machine Learning report, which can have three states:

GREEN: The detected user matches what is expected in the model.
ORANGE: The user does not match what is expected but is recognized as a user already present in the logs.
RED: The user does not match what is expected and is not present among the users registered so far.
(CLOCK): The user is associated with that machine, but the detected access did not occur during the “usual” times recorded so far.

It is normal that initially all rows display an orange or red ML status, as the system still needs to learn from the stored records. Over time, you should start to see the correct matches.

BusinessLog integrates the ability to “dialogue” with Artificial Intelligence to perform targeted requests.

In particular, it is possible to request clarifications on a specific log within the Working Log grid.

Once the log has been selected, click the button at the top right.

Or by double-clicking and selecting:

Based on the content of the log, you will receive additional information from the Artificial Intelligence:

The explanation of the event is also available in the “Wiki” tab, based on the integrated BusinessLog Wiki.
